Dear Coffeeshops...

Please serve your coffee in cups that don't get cold IMMEDIATELY. Throw away your cups that have a tiny bottom and a HUGE top, resulting in enough surface area to go from hot to cold and nasty in about 37 seconds.

how warm is it in madison in january that coffee is offered in fast-cool, too-cool latte style mugs? maybe they should've taken some thermodynamics ... they are LAWS, after all. ;)

Dear Shakha.
I have A LOT of questions about food. I don't know how to cook or shop for, or really even order, food. I never HAD to learn any of this because in a previous incarnation, I was married to a major foodie. And today, my friends are farmers and cooks and when they have me over, all I'm expected do is bring adult beverages. In short, do you plan to offer a Q&A section to the blog?

I love the idea of a Q&A session! Perhaps this could be a post! Email me questions, and I'll post both your questions AND my answers. Or ask in the comments. I love reader feedback.

It's Restaurant Week: www.madisonmagazine.com/restaurantweek.
Where should I drop my Quarter Benjamin?
Or would that be Benjamin Royale?
